Facilitation and mediation

If needed we can also play a more active role. Bringing parties together. For example by facilitating the process in more complex, ‘multi-party’ negotiations. But also when you cope with tensions related to the relationship or content. In this case, we use our mediation approach to help parties solve the conflict together. An important condition here is that all parties involved have positive intentions.

In many cases, one of the parties involved requests our mediation after which we discuss this with the other stakeholders. We develop a tailor made approach with which we work step by step towards a restored relationship. Of course keeping the Harvard principles in mind.

Rapid Results

During an intake, it’s possible to discover opportunities to increase the speed of learning significantly, without extra training and coaching input. This is often done by linking learning to an urgent business goal, which enhances the on-the-job learning process. The principles that we use here are based upon the Robert Schaffer ‘Rapid Results’ method. ( Rapid Results: How 100-Day Projects Build the Capacity for Large-Scale Change – Josey-Bass, 2005). With this approach we help unravel the hidden potential of an organisation. Moreover, we realize breakthrough results on strategic priorities and develop competencies such as negotiation.
